To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the defective order.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
All items must be returned new, unused - No refund can be given if the protective film has been removed from the acrylic mirrors.
Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered.
You are responsible for the return delivery costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
